Saturday Meeting Write-Up
Quote from Deleted user on October 5, 2019, 9:20 pmSaturday’s meeting (9/28/2019) was an outstanding success marking as 500% turnout when bench-marked against the last public meeting we had earlier. The meeting was a public outreach presentation meant to both announce the projects next steps, and was a public discussion about the goals and progress of the BlockChain Development Community. The meeting was, as stated earlier, successful in both the desired goals. The main purpose of the meeting was the announcement of a New IndieGoGo.com crowdsourcing initiative which will launch 10/22/2019.
The funding requested from the community is a mutually beneficial project, the funding will allow the project to move forward at a rapid speed, and will supply a new blockchain framework to the community which solves the extensive issues created by taking the blockchain system outside the desired use case as described by the Satoshi Nakamoto group as being only for cryptocurrency in small underground communities. The origin of blockchain was never designed to be saleable or designed to be used for the varied use cases which the modern parties are attempting to use blockchain for.
With the new needs for a blockchain known for a modern and versatile use case, the BCDC group will supply a system designed around the constraints of the old system and the needs of the future for a standard blockchain framework which will allow for a blockchain with government support, to bring the next revolution in the digital mass communication world. The meetings slogan was “privacy for the people” as the implementation of this next step forward will allow for a blockchain system which is designed to securely store and secure the information needed for a modern connected society to function, without risking the trust we are required to awarded to these institutions for that trust based system to function.
The goal of BCDC is to design a blockchain which can be used for varies proposes and be a saleable and user friendly blockchain designed for the people, by the people.
